These terms outline the rules for browsing, commissioning, and caring for handmade ceramic pieces from Punimeari. By engaging with the studio, you agree to the conditions described below.
Punimeari produces small-batch stoneware tableware, decorative vases, and sculptural homeware. Each piece is hand-thrown and finished with experimental glazes, resulting in unique matte and speckled surfaces. Items are signed and numbered by the maker.
The studio owns all designs, glaze recipes, and production methods. Customers receive a physical ceramic object for personal use. Resale of numbered pieces is permitted, but reproducing the designs or claiming original authorship is not allowed. The studio is responsible for delivering items in the condition described at the time of purchase.
Custom commissions are accepted on a case-by-case basis. The maker will discuss form, size, and glaze direction before starting. Because each piece is thrown by hand, final dimensions and surface texture may vary slightly from the reference discussion. These variations are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects.
Ceramics are fragile. The studio carefully packs every shipment, but once the item leaves the workshop, Punimeari is not liable for damage caused by improper handling, drops, or extreme temperature changes. Care instructions are provided with each order and should be followed to maintain the glaze and structural integrity.
The studio reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order if the requested commission falls outside the workshop's ethical or technical scope. Customers may cancel a commission at any point before the throwing session begins. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
Punimeari may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in studio practice or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the studio's services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
